MY TALK WITH THE FAT MAN

My sorority Theta Delta Alpha decide to take a pic with Santa……. while waiting for some of my sorority sister I whisper in Santa ear .. I can't wait for Christmas ….santa gave me this strange look ….and said who you ….before I could ask him what he meant with that statement …….some of my sorority came in …...I couldn't even smile for the picture cause his statement was on my mind …..what the hell he meant by that ….I had my eyes on this hot ass car I planned on him bringing me for Christmas so I had to get to the bottom of that comment …….so I went to stand in line to see Santa....even cut a couple of people in line to see him …..when it was my turn I sat on his lap and told him what I wanted ….I want a car, this outfit from Scandalize, those boots from KC couture and these cute earrings and this gold necklace  …..he look at me like I was crazy.....British you been on my naughty list since January he said ..….I whine but why Santa....do I have to remind you of all the things you did this year ….but I been good for the most part was my response  ….he just look at me and huff.....he said Jan you smack a  guy cause you said his face is dumb ….British you smack him ...I was only trying to improve his face santa ….then he said Feb you cuss the best buy guy out cause he wouldn't return a computer you had for 2 years …..but my computer went dead what was I suppose to do I needed my computer ..then in March you snatch the mic from Beyoncé.....Beyoncé British..... when you was dancing for her you remember that... ok ok Santa.....then he was about to say something else

ok I get your point but that was my song I got a lil happy that all …..after sitting in his lap for 30 min he said why don't  you get comfortable already with sarcasm in his voice  ...so I did......Santa tried to convince me several time to leave but I had to get my point across after talking to Santa and holding his line up for 21/2 hours ….hes finally said ok ok British rubbing his temple if you go home and behave till Christmas ill bring you what you want for Christmas...I ask when is Christmas ...he said in 4 days ….sighing ok ill can do that …...getting up from the floor ….ok Santa you have a good evening ….dam Santa ur line is around the corner yelling  …..I heard Santa ask someone to bring him some Tylenol ….thinking I have to be good for 4 more days smiling I can do that …..then I heard a lady fuss about me taking so much time with santa …..I wanted to cuss that heifer out …...but I have to behave sigh this gonna be hard after all

As you know I'm in a sorority ….Theta Delta Alpha...TDA you know I had to give them a shout out .....Well last week a sister of our sorority got her wings in real life  …...as we all gather together to get the news of her passing I felt sad …...she was my sister and I didn't get the chance to know her personally …...as I sit and hear some of my sister reminisce with tears in their eyes about her I smile but I had regrets …I remember a one of pledges ask how much time do I spend with my sisters outside the house other than sorority stuff …..not much …..remember feeling like I need to do better......sometime we assume we have tomorrow to get to know someone and tomorrow never comes  …....I do have one memory of her ...just one sad to say sigh ….where we kind of hang out a lil bit I  remember  walking away feeling like she's cool as hell but never made the initiative  to spend time more time with her one on one  …hers the thing u never know how much time someone have on this earth or what they might be going through ….hearing bits and pieces of her life I realize we had something in common...….this is a wake up call for everyone …..sometimes we are so busy that we don't take time out for those that we value …I know its a lesson I'm still learning  ...My one hope is that she was around family and friends that love her cause we love her here …...although I'm sad of your passing and my heart goes out to your rl and sl family …...I know you are somewhere admiring your beautiful wings

I recently read a quote that goes: “If you keep waiting for the right time, it may never happen. Sometimes you have to make the most of the time you have.” enough said 

Here come the Gingerbread Man

The holiday was coming up so I decided to do some baking ….ok yall know I like to bake … at one point I even own a bakery ….had to close it down tho ...sad face ...but I still have a passion to bake ...now I bake all kinds of goods.....cakes, pies and cookies......Ive bake most cookies like the famous  chocolate chip, peanut butter, snicker doodles,  chocolate macadamia nut you  name It....Ive baked it but I never made gingerbread cookies  … wonder why I never made gingerbread man ohhhh that's right the movie shrek …….the gingerbread man was so dawn cute …..but im over that now ….thinking this gonna be fun ….got my trusty cookie cookbook out and yes I do have a cookie cookbook …... got all my ingredients out and start baking …...I had sugar and flour everywhere

 laughing it was all over the place …...my husband came in and saw me with a fresh pan of cookies grab one …...warning my hubby …….that's hot ….be was still blowing on the cookie while still trying to eat the cookie anyway that means he loving my gingerbread man ……...once he got settle I started a fire and made a pot of hot cocoa and we had gingerbread and hot cocoa in front of the fireplace …..this the life
