DO YOU HEAR SOMETHING
I was at my back door when I heard something .....sound like shuffling or maybe an animal ......Then I heard a strange noise ......I decided to go investigate what might be in my backyard.....I walk out and didn't see anything at first then I see this huge buck to the side of the house, but he look like he was looking for some kind of help he keep nodding his head to the left .....I just look at him at first then he would walk a little look to see if I was following him .... when he realizes I wasn't he would nod his head to the left and then walk off .... this time I decided to follow...thinking what the hell am I doing ......When I follow him down the trail, I saw a wounded deer ....I think it was his brother, sister or girlfriend ......I ran in the house and got some gauge bandages and some antiseptic to treat the wound ......once a week I would go out and check out the wound every week for a month then I go out one day and I didn't see Rufus the name I gave him or her .......

Update: About 3 months later I hear a light tapping on my backdoor when I look out my window and saw Rufus with her boo or brother or whoever he was with I came outside and hug him .....He rub his nose against my cheek ....I went back inside and grab two carrots and feed them both......I guess that was his way to let me know he was ok .......every so often I see Rufus and his gang in the distance I just smile
